Trail Animals Race Series – 2012

The Trail Animals Race Series is the largest collection of trail ultras in New England taking place in various beautiful locations around the metro-Boston region.  In addition to ultra distances we’ve added some shorter distances for runners new to the trails.  See below for details on dates, distances, locations and registration.  We hope to see you at many of our events as a runner, volunteer or to cheer runners on or just hang out.

If you would like to volunteer at one or more of our races please email us here.   You can earn your trail volunteer hours to qualify for various races where required (i.e. Vermont 100, Western States, etc.) and/or community volunteer programs -  just bring your form.

3/18 TARC Spring Thaw 6 Hour – Harold R. Rafton Reservation, Andover, MA (SOLD OUT.  We are still taking registrations on a wait list (no cost to you). Registration is here)

4/15 Don’t Run Boston 50k and TARC 50 Miler – Blue Hills, Milton, MA (SOLD OUT)

5/12 Wapack and Back – Ashburnham, MA (SOLD OUT. Registration is here )

6/?  NEW! TARC Summertime Fells 50 miler – Middlesex Fells, Winchester, MA (More details to come but it will be a good one!)

Registration:  SOLD OUT as of February 17. If you’d like to placed on the waiting list you must be a TARC member (if not a member you can register for free and indicate you want on the waiting list in the notes section) and email us here to request to be placed on the waiting list.

3) 2nd Annual TARC 50 Miler

Sunday, April 17th 2011 @ 6:00 am; Blue Hills Reservation, Milton, MA

Registration: An email was sent to all TARC members in  January inviting members to register.  If you’d like to run this race please become a member of TARC (free) and notate your interest in registering.

If you want to preview the course, you run the entire DRB 50K course (above) and then pick up the last new 19 miles below.

4) TARC Spring Classic (10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, 50K)
