The Trail Animal philosophy follows the “KISS Principle” – Keep It Simple Stupid. We’d rather spend more time enjoying the trails and less time administrative tasks. So just bring your own stuff, fuel and whatever else you need and come run.

NOTE: We DO NOT update this web site or send you emails frequently pertaining to weekly training runs – that’s all done on our Facebook page.
